Our Service currently only ships within Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping. Orders outside Malaysia will not be processed.

We do not offer overnight or same-day delivery. Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Malaysia, but we strive to ensure all shipments reach customers within the estimated timeframe.

All orders are shipped using reliable local courier services chosen by the Company.
You will receive a tracking number or order update once your goods have been dispatched, where applicable.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, public holidays, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will be the responsibility of the customer.
